2. What data we process

What you give us when you sign up and fill in your profile: first and last name, email, phone, city, social links and website, portfolio (links, videos and photos), profile photo, whether you are self-employed, years of experience, indicative day rate, roles, own kit, languages, willingness to travel, driving licence and own vehicle, and, if you add them, year of birth, nationality and CV. Also your job applications, any message you attach and the internal notes and ratings the WAHM team makes about your work. We don’t ask for special category data: please don’t include it in your profile.

If you have worked with us before, we may have set up your profile with your name, email and sometimes phone, city and roles, which come from that previous professional contact. We tell you so in the invitation email; you get no jobs and your profile isn’t used for anything else until you activate it and accept this policy. If you’d rather not join, write to us and we’ll erase it.

3. What we use it for

• Managing your account and our private talent database.
• Assessing your profile and contacting you for video productions.
• Emailing you new job offers, if you agreed to it.
• Managing your applications.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you create the account (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. When you apply to a job, also pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). For profiles WAHM sets up before you activate them, our legitimate interest in contacting professionals we’ve already worked with (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

5. Who can see your data

Only the We’re Hybrid Media team. Your profile is not public and other talents can’t see it. We don’t sell or share data with third parties. We use providers acting as data processors, under contract and with safeguards: web hosting, database, file storage and email delivery. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard.

6. How long we keep it

As long as you keep your account. If you delete it, we erase your profile, applications and files straight away. We may delete accounts inactive for 24 months, after warning you by email.

7. Your rights

You can access, rectify and erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw consent. You can do most of this yourself from “My profile” (including deleting your account). For anything else, write to info@wearehybrid.eu. If you think we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Emails

Every job email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also turn them off in your profile. Service emails (password reset, profile approval) are still sent.

9. Cookies

We only use two technical cookies needed for the platform to work: the session cookie (to keep you logged in) and the language cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies.
